New Shipping Policies for Local orders 

Local shipping rates have been revised to include registered mail. This has to be done because too many people have been complaining that they have not received their packages when regular mail was used. Thus, with immediate effect, local shipping will be charged by weight, and will include registered mail.

We understand that many who order samples only will not want to pay so much for shipping, hence, for orders containing ONLY SAMPLE BAGS you may choose to ship your items via regular mail at a flat rate of $1.50. This does not include registered mail, and risk of loss is bourne by you should you choose this method.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is shipped out. You can track your article by visiting http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp; please note it takes 2 working days for the article number to be loaded onto the web, therefore, normally you will receive the items before the article number is made available. This article delivery status is normally used when you do not receive the item within 4 working days.

Please understand that shipping charges will not be equal to postage charges (ie. the value of the stamps) as this also includes cost of packaging materials, handling fee, etc. Free shipping (including registered mail) will be included for packages above $120.

To save on shipping costs, you might want to consolidate orders with your friends/family so that the shipping costs can be shared.
